Write for us

Stellar Progress Hub welcomes considered pitches about goal-setting, creative practice, attention, reflection and flexible routines. We look for ideas that give readers a clear way to understand a choice or process, without promising a quick transformation or assuming that one approach fits every life.

What makes a strong pitch

Send a short outline that names the central question, the reader it serves and the useful idea the piece will develop. Explain what makes the angle distinct from familiar advice and how you would handle exceptions or uncertainty. Practical, explanatory and thoughtfully comparative ideas are especially welcome.

A grounded approach

Proposals should be original, clearly structured and careful about claims. We are not looking for disguised advertising, universal formulas or stories that require readers to disclose private experiences. Do not submit confidential information or work that depends on professional medical, legal or investment recommendations.

How to send a proposal

Use the Contact page form and select the editorial option. Include a proposed title, a concise summary and any relevant context about the piece. A proposal is not a promise of publication, and Stellar Progress Hub may suggest changes to scope, framing or structure.
